The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the lifespan of their projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities with ease
• Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring that every customer concern is addressed promptly and effectively
• Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring that every customer interaction meets our high standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D.
• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
• Ability to pass a background reputed company
