Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Project Manager, Global Customer Care, you will be responsible for leading projects that drive operational excellence and innovation across our organization. This is a hybrid position, and you will be able to work from home two days per week. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving results-oriented projects that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, Global Customer Care, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: reputed company the development of project charters and management plans, direct and manage project teams, and evaluate tradeoffs reputed company the project.
• Stakeholder Management: Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope, review with manager for approval, and create detailed Work Breakdown Structures.
• Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with managers and team members, reputed company and execute communications management plans, and collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM to establish sub-project budgets.
• Risk Management: reputed company and execute risk management plans, identify, analyze, and understand project risks, and reputed company and monitor risk response plans.
• Resource Management: Estimate, acquire, and assign project team resources, define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member, and provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews.
• Stakeholder Engagement: reputed company and execute stakeholder management plans, based on the identification, analysis, and understanding of stakeholder expectations.
• Project Monitoring and Control: reputed company and execute project status reporting, exercise good judgment reputed company escalating project and operational risks, and reputed company PM tools to manage open action, risks, key decisions, and lessons learned.
• Process Improvement: Actively engaged in improving PMO processes, knowledge platforms, and culture.
• Team Leadership: Build strong relationships with project team members, stakeholders, and leadership, foster and maintain a positive project team environment, and demonstrate ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree: Required
• 4+ years of Project Management Experience: Required
• Demonstrated Experience: Managing or leading projects of varying complexity through the full project lifecycle.
• Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools such as reputed company Project, reputed company, or other tools highly preferred.
• Certification: Certification in Project Management, CAPM, or PMP preferred.
• Agile and/or Waterfall Planning Methodology: Utilization of agile and/or waterfall planning methodology preferred.
• Materials and Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for product design preferred.
• Regulated Industries: reputed company projects for medical devices or regulated industries preferred.
