Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You'll work closely with reputed company to analyze customer needs, reputed company solutions, and implement effective communication strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze payment history/notes and clearly communicate account statuses to customers in both English and Spanish
- Recommend appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements
- Promptly report/refers sensitive and reputed company issues to the Team Leader
- Document reputed company activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications

- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM: You should be able to type accurately and reputed company to meet the demands of our fast-paced customer service environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call contact environment: You should have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
