Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home and directly assist families and schools participating in the scholarship program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to incoming calls reputed company to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
• Ensuring that reputed company questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and reputed company are registered
• Providing excellent customer service experience, remaining empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult situations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least one year of customer service or call center experience
• English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
• The ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult situations
• Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and the ability to multitask
• Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
