Key Responsibilities
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist I, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls and assisting consumers with filing claims reputed company phone or online
- Explaining dispute resolution program details and eligibility, referring cases to management as needed
- Addressing basic inquiries regarding state-specific lemon laws

Qualifications

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (60-minute unpaid lunch)

Compensation and Perks
