Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers reputed company online chat and providing top-notch support to our automotive dealer clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, showcasing your expertise and building trust with customers
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, demonstrating your ability to analyze and communicate effectively

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and a preference for 40 WPM or above
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM - 6:30PM CST
- Commit to working a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
