Responsibilities and Duties
As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Sharing your passion for golf: We want you to be enthusiastic about our brand and products. Share your knowledge, expertise, and love for golf with our customers.
- Providing expert advice: Use your in-depth knowledge of TaylorMade golf equipment to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Communicating effectively: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, using your strong communication skills to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Staying up-to-date on products: Familiarize yourself with the TaylorMadeGolf site, products, and reputed company media to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products: Use your knowledge of golf equipment to compare and analyze competitor products, helping customers reputed company informed decisions.

Skills and Qualifications
