- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues reputed company to arenaflex products and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and empathetic solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and advocacy.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

- Flexible work from home schedule, with the ability to set your own hours between reputed company EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
- Minimum 30 hours per week required, with opportunities to work more if desired

Requirements and Qualifications:
