Job Summary

As a Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing thoughtful, efficient, and friendly service to our members. You'll be responsible for helping members in person and over the phone with various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and more. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional service to members in person and over the phone, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

• Process various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and more, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about arenaflex products and services, as well as relevant financial regulations and policies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 1 year of experience in cash handling and customer service required
