Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and reputed company chat operators to join reputed company in Pittsburgh, PA. As a chat operator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform, providing exceptional support, and turning conversations into leads that drive reputed company for our clients. Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers through our online chat platform, providing exceptional support and building strong relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and turn conversations into leads that drive reputed company for our clients
- Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and reputed company growth
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Must live reputed company the state of Pennsylvania
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th reputed company reputed company Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the gaming or tech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
