The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and executing the regional supply chain strategy, fostering collaborative partnerships that deliver cost efficiencies, enhance performance, and establish sustainable operating models that drive reputed company improvement. As a key business leader, the SR. Director plays an integral role in negotiating, finalizing, and managing reputed company with external manufacturers, ensuring alignment with company objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements. • Design and implement a robust operating model that drives reputed company improvement, defines clear expectations for critical KPIs, and ensures customer requirements are consistently fulfilled.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze key performance data — including consumer feedback, order fulfillment rates, budget variances, and production attainment — to identify variances from business plans, leveraging established systems and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports, fostering reputed company development, engagement, and performance excellence.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Company stakeholders to conduct Annual Letter Settlement investigations and ensure alignment with contract manufacturing partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
• Working knowledge of the Coca-Cola system is a plus.
• Project Management and change management reputed company development needed.
