About the Role
As a Customer Engineer, Logistics, you will play a critical role in differentiating arenaflex Cloud to our customers. You will partner with technical Sales teams to reputed company cloud solutions and architectures that solve business challenges, engage in proofs of concepts, and troubleshoot technical questions and roadblocks. Your expertise and presentation skills will be essential in engaging with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and presenting solutions on arenaflex Cloud.
Responsibilities
* Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and reputed company the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
- Share enterprise infrastructure modernization expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, reputed company-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to arenaflex Cloud.
- Work with arenaflex Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments.
- Guide customers through assessments of existing legacy application environment(s) and provide recommendations on a prioritization roadmap for infrastructure and application modernization.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution on arenaflex Cloud.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure engineering, on-premise infrastructure engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
- Experience with reputed company concepts such as encryption, identity management, access control, attack reputed company, and penetration testing.
- Experience with networking concepts such as software-defined networking, routing, virtual private networks, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Experience prospecting, and building and maintaining customer relationships, along with building Greenfield territories in Enterprise accounts.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.
