Key Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site
- Utilizing technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to reputed company job requirements and safety guidelines
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Be able to reputed company physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week
