Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment.
  • A flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, to accommodate our 24/7 customer support operations.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office products and applications, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
