Personal Insurance Client Service Representative
reputed company Agency is a leading provider of business insurance and employee health solutions. They are seeking a Client Service Representative to manage client inquiries, provide insurance recommendations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Receive phone calls and office visitors requesting changes to existing coverage and/or new policies. Determine acceptability and placement reputed company recommendations, complete applications or endorsement requests and collect premium reputed company applicable
- Review existing accounts to determine if an additional line of insurance or coverage of insurance should be recommended
- Maintain and reputed company reputed company knowledge as well as procedures for reputed company carriers using internet sites
- Assist in meeting monthly pre-established goals
- Handle reputed company clients with a high level of customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and professionalism at every service contact

Skills
- Property and Casualty License must be obtained reputed company 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding
