Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Licensed Customer Care reputed company to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to pet parents, helping them understand how to protect their furry companions with our insurance and non-insurance products. You'll interact with customers reputed company phone, email, text, chat, social media, and other communication channels, providing a complete and integrated response to their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to pet parents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Help pet parents understand how to protect their furry companions with our insurance and non-insurance products
- Interact with customers reputed company phone, email, text, chat, social media, and other communication channels
- Utilize multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries

Requirements
* Active Property & Casualty Producer license required
