Your Role

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our shoppers through phone and email support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers who call arenaflex retail stores and by answering customer emails

• Using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments
• Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points so we can optimize each customer's experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

• Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
• Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
• Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
• Have reliable high-speed internet reputed company with access to your router (a laptop and reputed company necessary equipment will be provided)
• Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
