Responsibilities Ability to work cross-functional such as business, product, design and engineering, reputed company across multiple sprint teams and understand how to work in a matrixed org with dependencies and competing goals , Synthesize information across customer, business, market, and platform data to identify opportunities, size them, and turn insights into requirements. , Owning and prioritizing the long-term (6+ months) product roadmap to deliver business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team. , Hands on with writing, epics, feature, and user story details to help drive solution and execution reputed company to business outcomes and customer first experiences. , Leveraging modern architecture & stately design to identify problem-solution fit. , Evaluating trade-offs and negotiating requirements. , Creating and using compelling, informative artifacts to influence stakeholders (ex. Vision, Roadmaps, Features/Epics, reputed company Updates, etc.). , Understanding of reputed company and future state architecture. , Identifying and measuring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictates. , Having an end-to-end understanding of features and how they fit into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business. , Coaching and mentoring other Product Managers. , Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to conduct analysis and drive data driven decisions. , Demonstrating a strong bias for action, partnership, and influence ability. This includes driving prioritization and feature requirement to capabilities teams as well as driving trade-off discussions and decision-making with technical experts and business stakeholders. , Knowledge in reputed company, Rating, and Insurance Product Offerings (i.e., Modeling, Telematics, Product Definition) is a plus. , reputed company product rollout plan, segmentation, product adoption and opportunities for product promotion. , Leverages agile metrics to understand product management's contribution to agile teams and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
