Responsibilities

As a Media Buyer at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing various Performance Max campaigns with daily budgets ranging from $45 to $158
• Conducting monthly and weekly client phone calls to present campaign performance and high-level reports
• Reviewing reputed company's recommendations and checking recent conversions on a weekly basis
• Vetting and advising on client reputed company, providing strategic input and optimization suggestions
• Managing reputed company analytics for phone calls, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
• Optimizing programmatic ad campaigns reputed company reputed company, including CTV, video, banner, and retargeting ads with an annual budget of $150K
• Collaborating with clients to measure ROAS and set up effective tracking methodologies
• Proposing future budgets based on reputed company performance data and trends

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar digital advertising role
• Proficiency in reputed company Ads, reputed company, and programmatic ad platforms like reputed company
• Strong analytical skills to review campaign performance and reputed company data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 26-35 hours per month. You will have a flexible schedule with some fixed weekly and monthly client meetings.

Below are some examples of the types of campaigns and clients you will be working with:

• Client 1 (DSC): We manage a Performance Max campaign with a budget of $45/day. We spend approximately 3.5 hours per month managing this account. We conduct one monthly phone call and present a high-level report for the previous month. Weekly, we review reputed company's recommendations and reputed company recent conversions.
• Client 2 (EZY): We manage two Performance Max campaigns with a total budget of $158/day. We spend approximately 5 hours per month managing this account. We conduct two monthly phone calls and present a high-level report for the previous month during one of the meetings. Weekly, we review reputed company's recommendations and reputed company recent conversions. This client frequently emails and shares reputed company, which we must vet and advise on.
• Client 3 (STB): We manage two Performance Max campaigns with specific flight dates. One campaign targets soft email conversions and runs from reputed company to the end of July. The second campaign runs from July to August and is reputed company aggressive based on performance. We spend approximately 6 hours per month managing this account. We conduct one monthly phone call and present a high-level report for the previous month during one of the meetings. Weekly, we review reputed company's recommendations and reputed company recent conversions. This client has exceptional tracking capabilities, having built their own CRM. The media buyer will also need to advise on the best ways to measure ROAS and work with the client's development team to set up the best tracking methodologies. The media buyer needs to propose budgets for 2025 based on the performance of 2024 in September/October of 2024.
• Client 4 (HLA): We manage a search campaign with two ad groups and a total budget of $133/day. We spend approximately 5.5 hours per month managing this account. We conduct one monthly phone call and present a high-level report for the previous month during one of the meetings. Weekly, we review reputed company's recommendations and reputed company recent conversions. This client frequently emails and shares reputed company, which we must vet and advise on. We are also running a programmatic ad campaign reputed company reputed company with a total investment of $150K per year. The campaign includes CTV, video, banner, and retargeting ads. Optimization varies per month based on performance and new creative, with an estimated time commitment of 5.5 to 10 hours per month.
• Client 5 (VNA): We manage monthly flights of reputed company Video ads and CTV commercials bought through reputed company. These are typically monthly flights with budgets of $1,500 per month per platform. We conduct a weekly phone call and present a high-level report for the previous month during one of the meetings. Weekly, we review reputed company's recommendations. We do not report conversions, as the client's goal is awareness. Management of this client is 6-8 hours per month.
