Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Accurately input a variety of data into databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary to ensure that reputed company data is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or coursework in data management, business administration, or a reputed company field is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience (1-2 years preferred) in data entry, data management, or a reputed company administrative role.
• Proficiency in data entry software and tools (e.g., MS reputed company, Access, or other database management systems).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, and good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and successfully complete a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint reputed company and a National Agency reputed company with Written Inquiries (NACI) reputed company.
