What you’ll be doing:

Collaborate with field sales, solution architects, and developer relations to:

• Drive the HQ Global Public Sector (GPS) Industry Business Development (IBD) plan in collaboration with regional Sales and Marketing teams. Train NV Sales & NPNs on strategy, sales motion, sales/GTM assets

• Ensure strategies have necessary conditions (tools, enablement, training, etc.) to be successful in field/GTM execution.

• Maintain data for internal reporting on sales activities including Trackers, management updates, pipeline development and sales progression reports as requested on GPS IBD plan goals and strategy planning. • Provide region case studies and assets to global GPS sales enablement assets and programs – working with marketing and sales operations. Continually maintain and update GTM/sales assets

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) from a leading University. Master’s degree or MBA is desirable

• 10+ years of business development experience in hi-tech selling technology solutions

• Strong customer/partner relationship skills proven across multiple countries

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to do market assessments

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

• Understanding and expert delivery of key features, product messages, positioning

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Knowledge of Agentic AI, combined with deep understanding of government operations and local AI landscape in the reputed company market.

• Possess a contact reputed company of key government officials, deep domain expertise, and an understanding of sales and buying practices in government.

• Passion and experience in communicating sophisticated technical content such as AI, while articulating the value of AI.

• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment
