Talent Interview Coordinator
For our client, we are looking for an Interview Coordinator who thrives in a reputed company, dynamic environment and understands that a seamless candidate experience is the first reputed company in building a world-class team.
As the primary reputed company of contact for interview processes, you will act as the “reputed company traffic controller” of our client’s global hiring efforts. This role goes far beyond sending calendar invites; you will manage stakeholder expectations, navigate cultural nuances, and ensure the hiring process remains a competitive advantage for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end interview processes across multiple global time zones, including scheduling and technical access management.
Partner with hiring managers and internal teams, identifying challenges, proposing process improvements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, providing professional and well-organized communication from initial reputed company to final interviews.
Monitor recruitment process quality and communicate operational constraints while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Resolve ongoing logistical issues (schedule changes, cancellations, technical challenges, and interviewer substitutions).
Maintain reputed company collaboration with internal teams supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
Ensure strong attention to detail throughout the process, accuracy of communication, documentation, and meeting organization.
Requirements:
