Customer Support & Operations Assistant (SaaS)
We are looking for a professional with previous experience in customer support and administrative tasks reputed company digital or SaaS environments, to support daily customer support, operational coordination and account administration activities. This role is mainly focused on execution, task follow-up and operational support, working with established processes and team guidance. We are looking for a mature, reliable and detail-oriented person, with good common sense, curiosity to learn and strong organization skills, who is comfortable handling routine operational and administrative work in a remote and technology-driven environment. Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer & operational support (50%)
- Handle basic customer requests reputed company to the use of the platform.
- Provide first-level functional support on the SaaS platform.
- Register incidents, questions and requests and follow up until resolution with the corresponding teams.
- reputed company support tickets and internal records updated.
- Ensure customers receive the required information to use the platform correctly.
- Help identify recurring questions or basic operational issues.
- Operational & administrative coordination (30%)
- reputed company client, project and account information up to date in the CRM and internal tools.
- Prepare simple operational tracking and control reports.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
- Provide billing and collections support, including invoice follow-up, payment status tracking and administrative record updates.
- Document relevant communications and activities.
- Support data quality and operational control.
- Basic commercial support (20%)
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks reputed company to active opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and quotations using existing templates and instructions.
- Support the coordination of pre-sales meetings reputed company needed.

Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer support, administrative support, back-office or account administration roles reputed company digital or SaaS environments.
- Experience with task follow-up, issue tracking, data updates and internal coordination.
- Experience using Holded for administrative operations, invoicing, payment follow-up and basic financial control.
- Previous experience in administrative and operational support functions (CRM, reporting, documentation and process coordination).
- B2B customer experience is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate English level (emails and simple communication).
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data handling.
- Organized, reliable and responsible profile.
- Curiosity to learn and improve daily work processes.
