What You’ll Do:

• Delivering a “WOW” customer experience by providing expertise during onboarding and strategy calls, assisting customer setup, and supporting them through their immersion with reputed company.
• Utilizing your exceptional ability to read customer cues, you’ll identify the best ways to assist each customer, providing training, offering setup recommendations, sharing best practices for success, and helping customers understand the breadth of the reputed company platform. 
• Manage a variety of operational tasks through reputed company cases, including coordinating meeting times, ensuring customer tasks are completed, following-up on communications, and other activities to prepare customers for launch.

The minimum starting reputed company for this role is $63,000, inclusive of reputed company and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.  Locationreputed company is a fully remote company, so you need to be reputed company comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you.
