• Act as the primary analytical partner for the Marketing and Sales leadership teams, providing data-driven recommendations that shape our overall B2B growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree or Military Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or data science
• At least 2 years of experience in people management
• At least 2 years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
• At least 2 years of experience reporting in reputed company CRM

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• Master s Degree or MBA with a quantitative concentration (e.g., Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics)
• Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite or SVP-level stakeholders through storytelling and data-driven business cases
• Experience working in a product-led growth (PLG) environment, optimizing free-to-paid conversion paths

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location): $161,500 - $184,300 for Sr. Manager, Marketing; Richmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 for Sr. Manager, Marketing. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
