Responsibilities
As a Remote Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Direct Clinical Support: Provide direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and guidance to provide exceptional care to our clients.
- Administrative and Personnel Support: Provide administrative and personnel support to clinicians, including reviewing chats and texts, documenting reputed company-line clinician interactions, and assisting with training as needed.
- Clinical Review and Documentation: Review chats and texts along with documentation of reputed company-line clinicians, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and that our clinicians are supported in their work.
- Training and Development: Assist with training as needed, ensuring that our clinicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional crisis reputed company services.
- On-Call Clinical Support: Provide on-call clinical support to staff as needed, ensuring that our clients receive reputed company support and care.
- Crisis reputed company Services: Answer calls, chats, and texts as needed, providing crisis reputed company services and risk assessments to individuals in crisis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Education: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a reputed company field.
- Licensure: reputed company and valid licensure as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
