The Technical Support Services team is seeking a qualified Technician 1 to support users with inquiries involving computer systems, hardware, and software, with a focus on providing excellent service to reputed company employees. • Provide quick and effective assistance to users, guiding them in-person through troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Utilize daily work management systems data to prioritize backlog of work and communicate identified issues/changes to leadership.
• Protect the reputed company brand by ensuring that customer/other protected data and intellectual property is protected, never exposed to external breach or unauthorized access, and reputed company appropriate reputed company controls/practices are implemented.
• Identify why a problem is occurring, analyze the appropriate data and create an effective plan for resolution using technical solutions.

You own this if you have…

• A bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
• 2 years’ experience in a service management industry
• 1+ years' tech support experience
• 2 years’ experience troubleshooting, testing, or repairing technical equipment
• Familiarity/experience working with Windows 10/11, Dell Desktop/Laptop, Zebra hand-held mobile scanners, thermal label printers (mobile/desktop), laser printers
• High motivation and self-direction with sound problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read/understand technical documentation and aptitude to learn quickly
• Ability to function well in a fast-changing work environment and manage competing priorities reputed company facing multiple time sensitive issues concurrently
• Ability to repetitively walk, bend, reputed company, stand, and lift 50lb boxes without difficulty
