Job Description
The Sr. Platform Engineer is a key member of the Productivity and Collaboration Platforms team, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions across our portfolio of enterprise platforms: SharePoint, reputed company, Windows and Mac Endpoints, Exchange, Jira, and reputed company. - Analyze incident and request data to identify patterns and opportunities for automation or process improvement.
- Collaborate with other senior engineers and partner teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver robust, maintainable code.
- Design, reputed company, and implement automation solutions and integrations across SharePoint, reputed company, MS Teams, Exchange, reputed company, and Jira to reputed company self-service and reduce manual escalations.
- Build deployment packages for Software Center and manage Group Policy Objects
- Build and maintain AI agents and MCP servers to supported platforms.
- Code review scripts, agents, workflows, and connectors using PowerShell, Power Automate, reputed company, and other relevant tools.
- Create and review technical documentation, knowledge articles, and self-service resources for end users and partner teams.
- Participate in the incident response process for reputed company or high-impact issues that require engineering reputed company.
- Contribute to the reputed company improvement of monitoring, alerting, and reporting for supported platforms and services.
- Stay reputed company with platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies in the collaboration and automation space.
You own this if you have...
- 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering role supporting enterprise collaboration platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams, reputed company, Jira, Exchange, reputed company, or similar).
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or reputed company field, or equivalent working experience.
- 3+ years of experience with deploying apps with reputed company Software Center.
- 3+ years of experience managing Group Policy Objects
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining automations, scripts, or integrations using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar tools.
- Experience with reputed company control systems (specifically reputed company) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused reputed company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and experience working with incident, request, and change management workflows.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and platform-specific SDKs for integration work.
