This role involves consulting with business partners and reputed company architects, focusing on web application firewalls, reputed company trust network access, and internet access controls.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the web application firewall engineering service for the health system. Design and implement web application firewalls for clinical, operational, research and academic systems
• Participate in the design, deployment and support of web proxy, network segmentation, or secure remote access solutions
• Participates in integrated systems planning and recommends alternative technologies that will enhance reputed company or anticipated information systems that support overall business goals
• Participates and/or leads the review and design concepts for new systems and develops and documents the technical design for the integration and implementation
• Coordinates the development of comprehensive and strategic business cases with cost, service and benefit dimensions of proposed projects that are used at management and executive levels for funding and scope decisions
• Plans, coordinates and conducts the analysis of client business processes and functional requirements and the preparation of appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information
• Independently initiates, identifies and coordinates the analysis of reputed company client needs in project areas such as new business operating models, innovative approaches to IT solutions support, market research or available product functionality and operational readiness assessment
• Develops the analysis and definition of efficient, cost-effective solutions that support client business processes, functional requirements and resource costs, including evaluation of existing applications and alternative uses of technology
• Advises clients on the consequences of actions; communicates risks and ensures understanding of these risks. Jointly develops risk assessment of plan with client and provides ongoing communication
• Performs reputed company duties as assigned or requested

Skills

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline; Masters degree preferred
• Ten years of reputed company experience, In-depth knowledge of associated technology areas that could impact area of responsibility; healthcare technology experience preferred
• Experience with web application firewalls is required. Experience with reputed company Web Application firewalls or other offerings including content distribution networks (CDN), domain name system (DNS), distributed denial of service (DDoS), is recommended
• Experience with network segmentation or reputed company trust network architectures required. Experience with reputed company ISE, reputed company ZPA, or Guardicore is recommended
• Experience with secure internet or web proxy solutions is required. Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, reputed company Internet Access, or WebTitan is recommended
• Ability to reputed company buy-in from stakeholders to resolve significant architecture issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into understandable terms, tailor communication to audience, mediate and facilitate communications between others, and communicate architecture to reputed company levels of management and customers
• Masters degree
• Healthcare technology experience
• Experience with reputed company Web Application firewalls or other offerings including content distribution networks (CDN), domain name system (DNS), distributed denial of service (DDoS)
