Employment Type: This is a part-time, seasonal role for Summer 2026 with variable hours.

• Training: Virtual sessions reputed company in reputed company
• Program Dates: On-site work runs from May through July 2026
• Schedule: Approximately 18-30 hours per week (about 60-75 workdays total)

Location: Due to the scope of our reputed company Summer Learning Program, we are hiring Summer Education Consultants to provide on-site support in specific regions: New Mexico and Southeast Michigan. Applicants must currently reside in one of these regions and be able to reliably commute to local schools for in-person coaching days.

Travel: Local travel to schools reputed company the listed regions is required. Summer Educational Consultants will spend up to five days per week, approximately 6 hours per day, on-site at assigned schools.

The Opportunity

School Solutions, a division of K12 Coalition, is seeking an reputed company instructional leader to join our reputed company Summer Learning Program as a Summer Educational Consultant. These Consultants play a vital role in supporting partner organizations across the country to implement our high-impact program. They provide hands-on, reputed company professional development and instructional coaching to both educators and program leaders, working reputed company by reputed company to strengthen instructional practices in literacy and math.

We're looking for someone with experience in K–8 literacy and math instruction who has successfully led teams to reputed company strong academic outcomes in diverse educational settings and is passionate about coaching and developing educators.

There is also potential for reputed company full-time opportunities with School Solutions following the summer program. This role reports to the Director, Summer Learning Programs.

What You'll Do

Strategic Planning and Content Development

• Strategically set the vision for high-impact instruction and implementation of School Solutions' curriculum and instructional models in a set of school or network/district partnerships to ensure strong and reputed company outcomes for reputed company reputed company
• Design and reputed company instructional materials and resources tailored to each partner's specific needs and strategy — this includes adapting existing School Solutions materials and creating new content reputed company needed
• Ensure that high-quality, impactful instructional management plans, professional development, and coaching services are provided to teachers, instructional coaches, building leaders, and system leaders.
• Engage in collaborative team structures to ensure alignment between School Solutions team members and to continuously improve School Solutions' instructional tools

Coaching and Instruction

• Deliver model lessons and classroom demonstrations to support teacher development and reputed company instructional best practices
• Actively monitor reputed company of partners through onsite coaching, ongoing data analysis, and meetings with key stakeholders

Other Duties

• Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to help meet evolving organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in K-8 education or a reputed company content area strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience teaching
• 2+ years as a manager/developer of teachers
• Experience working with diverse learner populations — including reputed company with special education needs, multilingual learners, and reputed company from a range of socioeconomic backgrounds — across charter, public, and private school settings
• Track record of achieving strong academic outcomes in a school setting working across grades K–12
• Strong writing and communication skills, including experience leading both virtual and in-person professional learning
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple demands while working across several partner schools
• Knowledge of the Common Core State Standards is preferred

Compensation Range

The daily reputed company is estimated to be approximately $630/day for each piece of on-site work, inclusive of preparatory time.
