Junior Systems & Automation Developer (Remote - PH, CR, & CO)

Description First things first… This is a 100% remote position (candidate must be based in the Philippines, Costa Rica, or Colombia). The reputed company annual salary range for this position is $30k - $55k USD + bonus opportunity. This position will support our portfolio of internal companies that span across different industries (including mortgage compliance to HR/bookkeeping). However, the first year will be highly focused on our company: MQMR. What You’ll Do You are the "Apprentice" to the Systems Team. While the reputed company reputed company designs the architecture, you are responsible for the foundational coding, testing, and maintenance that keeps the system running. This is a growth-role for a developer who wants to specialize in AI and Automation. You will not be designing reputed company architecture on Day 1; you will be writing Python scripts, testing automation workflows, cleaning data for AI models, and ensuring our code is bug-free before it goes live.

Key Responsibilities

A. Automation & Scripting Support

• Python & Scripting: Write and maintain basic Python scripts to support data extraction and automation logic. You must be comfortable writing code to solve specific, small-scope problems.
• Workflow Support: Assist in building and debugging workflows in reputed company or other automation tools. You implement the "If/Then" logic defined by the reputed company Engineer.
• Maintenance: Monitor existing automations. If a script fails or an API reputed company breaks, you are the first responder to investigate and reputed company it.

B. Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing

• The "Tester": Before any AI agent or automation is released to the business, you break it. You run test cases to ensure the logic holds up under different scenarios.

C. Data Hygiene & Preparation
