Our business and technology professionals provide a unique perspective, proven experience, with an innovative and collaborative approach to achieve results for clients.  Key Responsibilities:   The Senior Oracle Unifier Consultant will be responsible for leading workstreams in implementation, enhancement, and advanced support projects for the Oracle Primavera Unifier solution, acting from the pre-sales phase through post–go-live stabilization.The role requires a high level of autonomy, the ability to design complex functional solutions, serve as a technical reference for the team, and ensure that implementations adhere to Oracle best practices and clients’ business objectives. Required Experience & Skills: 

      Conduct business requirements gathering, workshops, and process mapping with stakeholders at different levels, translating needs into functional solutions in Oracle Unifier.

      Design and validate the functional architecture of Oracle Unifier (BPs, logs, data structures, workflows, integrations, and security), ensuring alignment with clients’ capital projects, contracts, and cost management strategies.Configure and parameterize Oracle Unifier environments, including the creation and adjustment of Business Processes, forms, workflows, business rules, reports, and dashboards, in line with Peloton’s internal standards and Oracle best practices.Lead testing activities (SIT, UAT), scenario definition, coordination of key users, and defect analysis, ensuring solution quality and stability prior to go-live.Support the design and/or review of Unifier integration strategies with other systems (ERP, P6, OPC, Aconex, finance, procurement, and facilities solutions), in collaboration with technical teams.Prepare and review functional documentation, user manuals, requirements traceability matrices, and training materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy.Deliver training and enablement sessions for key users and business teams, acting as a knowledge multiplier for Oracle Unifier.Act as the functional focal point on projects, supporting the project manager in scope, risk, issue, schedule management, and client relationship.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, solution enhancements, and expansion of Oracle Unifier usage within the installed client base.Mentor mid-level, junior, and trainee consultants, supporting the technical and behavioral development of the Construction and Engineering team.
