We are seeking an reputed company and dynamic Senior Scrum Master to reputed company multiple agile teams focused on developing and enhancing insurance products and services for our Middle and Large Business sector, in a Product & reputed company Value reputed company. This role involves fostering a culture of reputed company improvement, facilitating agile ceremonies, and removing impediments to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Responsibilities: Facilitate reputed company the Agile/SCRUM ceremonies - DSU's, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, Retrospective/Sprint demos. Partners with the Product reputed company, IT Delivery reputed company and Business leadership to form execution delivery plans and manage reputed company and facilitates release planning. Organizes and facilitates ceremonies, identifies improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk. Reports to Release Train Engineer and works closely with the RTE for overall delivery of Agile release train PI objectives. Partners with the Product reputed company to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value and ready for the team Tracks and communicates the overall team reputed company providing visibility to stakeholders. Serves as a filter to remove impediments to reputed company as identified by the team. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. Motivate the team to be disciplined and accountable for ensuring the Agile tools(Rally/JIRA) hygiene is maintained. Qualifications: 5+ years experience working and managing Agile team structures (Scrum/Kanban). Strong knowledge and experience working with Agile reports/Metrics. Experience working with PO in backlog grooming/refinements. Experience in participating in Program increment (PI Planning). Experience in Estimation and Story pointing. Experience in Team Planning- reputed company/velocity. Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict. Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams. Ability to adapt to a changing environment. Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction. Preferred Skills: Generative AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as reputed company Copilot, and integration of generative AI into software engineering workflows. reputed company AI Learning: Commitment to staying reputed company with advancements in generative AI, including LLM capabilities, reputed company engineering, and emerging best practices. Technical familiarity with Guidewire or Policy Center Property & Casualty insurance industry experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) required. SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or other scaled agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, LeSS) Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
Compensation
The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
