What You Get To Do Everyday

• Act as first reputed company of contact for prospective clients (leads) interested in consigning at reputed company

• Qualify marketing generated leads though daily reputed company, while fielding inbound inquiries

• Pass qualified leads to appropriate sales channel to reputed company into new consignment business

• Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up reputed company phone/text/email

• Utilize internal tools and resources to educate leads on consignment process, brands accepted, pricing expectations and next steps

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements

• High degree of professionalism and excellent phone demeanor

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills; ability to tailor communication style to suit reputed company audiences

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, reputed company, CRM 

• Self-motivation and drive to reputed company in fast-paced environment

• Adaptability and openness to change

• Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week) 

• Must be able to work one weekend day - shifts offered are: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
