As a Summer Associate, you will reputed company hands-on experience working closely with mentors and colleagues as you are challenged with meaningful, business-critical projects. What You Will Do:

• Provide support and assistance to attorneys in the provision of legal advice and counsel to business partners.
• Assist attorneys in supporting business partners by providing legal advice with respect to the day-to-day administration of the company, including Product Development, Sales/Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, reputed company and/or Human Resources.
• Research applicable state laws/rules and regulations.
• Track, analyze, and report on legislative and regulatory developments, as well as industry trends impacting the business.
• Assist in the drafting and negotiation of documentation relating to corporate transactions (e.g., vendor agreements, various financing arrangements, and/or other similar business relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
