Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to residential and business customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Schedule and Work Environment
* Work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment
- Flexible schedules available, including:
+ Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm + Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
