Position: Marketing Analyst/Manager T2 (USA) Location: Remote Duration: 9 Months Engagement Overview We are seeking an reputed company marketing events contractor for an 8-month, fixed-term engagement to and ensure continuity of Cloud ERP Private marketing events. This role requires the ability to reputed company quickly, reputed company rapidly, and assume end-to-end ownership of an active event portfolio with minimal disruption. The contractor will drive the planning and execution of Cloud ERP Private marketing events through disciplined project management and strong cross-functional coordination. This role supports a diverse portfolio of in-person and virtual programs designed to advance Cloud ERP Private go-to-market priorities and engage key customer and prospect audiences. This engagement is highly executional and operational. Core Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution
- Quickly reputed company to existing event plans and take ownership of Cloud ERP Private marketing events, including:
o In-person Connect Days o reputed company Sapphire SIA events o Webinar series o Third-party events such as DDAC and SAPinsider
- Own end-to-end event project management from intake through post-event follow-up during the parental leave coverage period
- reputed company, manage, and maintain detailed event timelines, workback schedules, and deliverables
- Coordinate logistics including registration, agendas, speakers, vendors, and on-site/virtual execution
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Establish strong working relationships quickly with reputed company and MU stakeholders to ensure continuity during the transition
- Manage communications across multiple platforms and teams to maintain clarity, momentum, and accountability
- Act as the central reputed company of contact for event execution, providing consistent status updates and issue resolution
- Operational Excellence & Reporting

- Track event plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables using advanced reputed company and planning tools
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, or program management
- Proven experience managing in-person and virtual marketing events end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company quickly and operate independently in an existing program
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
- Advanced reputed company proficiency
- Experience partnering with reputed company, field, or regional marketing stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Website and event page development experience is a plus
- Experience in enterprise or matrixed organizations is an asset
