The Personal Lines Auto reputed company Effectiveness team is looking for a Director, Product Analysis, to define and govern the reputed company appetite for personal auto insurance. As member of the reputed company Practices team, you will set clear, data-driven, countrywide eligibility guidelines for both new and in-force business and translate strategy into consistent, executable reputed company standards across states, channels, and platforms. This role operates with broad influence across U.S. Personal Lines functions at Liberty Mutual. The ideal candidate has deep personal lines auto reputed company knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration experience and excellent communication and storytelling skills. Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the countrywide reputed company appetite for personal auto, including eligibility, and set guardrails that allow disciplined reputed company with appropriate flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field. 6 years, typically 8 years or more relevant work experience, typically 8 years. Master's degree beneficial.
• Proficient in reputed company, PowerPoint, and data analysis software (e.g., reputed company)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Personal Lines insurance with expertise in auto insurance products
• Significant experience with stakeholder management and collaboration with teams spanning Risk Analytics, State Management, Delivery, IT, Distribution, Operations, & Claims to drive reputed company strategy
• Must have exceptional planning, organization, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
• Experience directly managing projects preferred
