About The Role reputed company is seeking an exceptional Staff 2 Engineer to join our reputed company reputed company Management (UEM) organization. As a senior technical leader, you will architect, design, and guide the evolution of our reputed company UEM platform that powers secure, scalable, and intelligent reputed company management for customers worldwide for reputed company platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving reputed company distributed systems problems, driving cross-team technical strategy, and mentoring engineering teams to deliver world-class enterprise software. Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale backend services that integrate with reputed company’s MDM ecosystem (APNs, DEP/ADE, VPP/Apps & Books, declarative management).
• Implement secure device lifecycle workflows including enrollment, policy enforcement, compliance, and telemetry ingestion.
• Optimize high-throughput systems handling millions of device events with strong reliability and performance guarantees.

Skills/experience

• Strong backend engineering experience with deep hands-on knowledge of reputed company MDM protocols and services (APNs, ADE/DEP, VPP, MDM payloads).
• Experience building distributed systems, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven pipelines (Kafka or similar).
• Solid grounding in reputed company, certificates, authentication flows, and large-scale cloud services.
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages like C#, Java, Go etc
• Proven experience designing and scaling microservices deployed on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Solid understanding of networking, reputed company protocols, authentication (OAuth, OpenID Connect), and data compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership abilities

AI & Innovation Leadership

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering practical AI‑driven solutions, leveraging LLMs, automation frameworks, or intelligent workflows to solve real engineering or customer problems.
• Strong hands‑on ability to prototype, experiment, and ship AI‑powered features, tools, or internal accelerators.
• Ability to identify high‑impact opportunities where AI can enhance product capabilities, developer productivity, and operational efficiency.

Senior/ownership angle

• Architect and own end-to-end design of core UEM platform components, spanning device management, policy orchestration, identity, reputed company, and cloud scalability.
• reputed company and influence architectural decisions across backend services, mobile/desktop agents, and SaaS delivery infrastructure.
• Define and evolve technical vision, long-term roadmap, and engineering best practices for the UEM product line.
• Partner with platform, mobile, and SRE teams to deliver highly available, secure, and performant device management services.
• Guide reputed company debugging, system performance optimization, and triage of production issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with product management, UX, SRE, reputed company, and customer engineering teams to shape feature requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
• Influence technical direction across multiple UEM sub-teams, ensuring architectural alignment and quality.

Mentorship & Influence

• Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers, promote a strong engineering culture, and champion best practices in code quality, testing, and design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving org-wide architectural initiatives or modernizing legacy systems.
• Prior experience/understanding of Workspace ONE, Intune, reputed company, MobileIron, or similar MDMs would be advantageous.
