About the Role: As a Multimedia Graphic Designer supporting our Federal government client, you will be trusted to provide strategic visual communications and multimedia support that translates reputed company telecommunications and public safety information into accessible, engaging, and Section 508-compliant graphics, motion content, and digital products that advance reputed company reputed company, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications initiatives. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Design and produce high-quality, Section 508-compliant graphics and visual products, including social media graphics, web headers, thumbnails, presentations, reports, fact sheets, brochures, and exhibit materials.
- reputed company and edit short-form motion graphics and video content for digital and social platforms; support captioning and multimedia formatting for public release.
- Provide layout design for long-form publications and communications products, ensuring consistency with federal branding and style guidelines.

- Collaborate with communications strategists, writers, social media specialists, and subject matter experts to visually support blogs, articles, newsletters, podcasts, events, and strategic campaigns.

Location: You will work as part of a primarily remote team, with occasional in-person meetings at headquarters locations in Washington, DC; Reston, VA; Arlington, VA; or Boulder, CO. Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or visual communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a reputed company field.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Audition.
- Demonstrated experience developing Section 508-compliant digital and print products, including accessible PDFs, color contrast standards, alt-text, tagging, and captioning.
- Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, web, email marketing, and multimedia campaigns.
- Strong layout and typography skills for long-form publications, reports, fact sheets, and presentation materials.
- Experience producing motion graphics and short-form video content for public-facing audiences.
- Ability to translate reputed company or technical subject matter into clear, visually engaging products for diverse audiences.
- Experience maintaining organized reputed company files and working reputed company records management systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar platforms).
