Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven marketing leader to join reputed company as a Director, Customer Growth. As a key member of our customer growth team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing total beverage marketing strategies in collaboration with our customers to drive reputed company-enhancing concept development and fully reputed company national marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our customers to reputed company long-term relationships, identify and reputed company customer-specific marketing opportunities, and champion for both customer and company imperatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our customers to reputed company long-term relationships, identify and reputed company customer-specific marketing opportunities, and champion for both customer and company imperatives
  • Deliver consumer and industry insights, analyze data, and provide recommendations to our customers on how to apply these insights to their business
  • Construct and deliver annual marketing calendars that shape and contribute to our customers' long-term planning processes
  • Conduct customer marketing stewardship reviews with our customers to ensure alignment and reputed company towards goals
  • Provide customer business and opportunity assessments, including competitive analysis and recommendations for future expansion and market integration
  • Seek out and reputed company internal tools and resources to support customer strategies
  • Host key strategic meetings with our customers, including KO Lab and associated preparations with presentations, insights, briefing documents, and SMEs
  • Identify and reputed company customer-specific and channel marketing opportunities through prioritizing and capitalizing on channel, customer, and shopper insights and linking to brand strategy
  • Champion for both customer and company imperatives internally and externally to deliver our Customer Commitment of Excellence in reputed company areas

Qualifications & Requirements

* Minimum required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent education. MBA preferred

  • 5 years' business development experience in a consumer-packaged goods company, agency, or foodservice operator, preferably in both customer management and marketing roles or equivalent marketing leadership experience reputed company the industry
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • Advanced strategic thinking and application
  • Robust forecasting and planning (immediate and long-term)
  • Ability to recognize, understand, and interpret consumer behavior, brand strategies, channel, and customer needs while turning this knowledge into action and results
  • Previous customer/channel management experience
  • Demonstrated personal leadership skills and influencing ability
  • Usage and analytical application of account performance data tools to support plans, opportunities, and stewardships
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to create persuasive selling stories

Compensation & Benefits

* reputed company pay: $160,000 - $186,000

  • Annual incentive reference value percentage: 30
  • A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered
