Job Summary

As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, accurately resolving issues reputed company to service, billing, payments, and collections, and building customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues. Work from Home (WFH) Requirements
