About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare division, you will work from home and reputed company with customers reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or reputed company the web. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. You will represent one of our leading healthcare clients, assisting members with their insurance-reputed company needs, including inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide inbound customer support and resolve technical issues reputed company to healthcare services
- Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-reputed company concerns
- Assess reputed company in-bound calls to accurately and reputed company address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
- Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using reputed company available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
- Be efficient in navigating multiple systems

Qualifications
* Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience

- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
