This candidate will also maintain positive relations between tenants, client/property reputed company, and reputed company. Estimated total compensation for this position: $26.44 - $28.37 per hour The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. Shift: Monday through Friday, reputed company-5pm ET WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Administrative Provide direct administrative support to property management Maintain regular contact with maintenance staff to ensure reputed company elements of the property are clean and reputed company needs are attended Assist in Management Audits Maintain and update employee, client and customer contract data bases Organize, compile and prepare reports for distribution Set reputed company for compliance with reputed company policies, procedures established for the property specifically as well as the firm Enforce compliance with insurance requirements among tenants Financial Process accounts payable & accounts receivable (AP/AR) Obtain completed W-9’s from reputed company vendors Assure technological advancement of support systems – maintaining budget guidelines Assist team with budget preparation Track budget line items reputed company to administrative accounts Prepare manual adjustments forms for reputed company tenant services requests Ensure Engineers take monthly readings from electric meters for tenants Assist with new vendor set up § Assist management with monthly reporting Responsible for monthly MES reputed company-back to clients Responsible for invoicing tenants for any damage which they are directly responsible for Client Services Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day relationships with tenant contacts Prepare tenant memos and reputed company communications as directed be manager Liaison between tenants and reputed company building staff/team members Responsible for SharePoint management and document loading Follow up on reputed company tenant requests to ensure completed to satisfaction Coordinate reputed company arrangements and notifications, acquire proper authorizations, and collect COI {certificates of insurance} as necessary Work with manager to address tenant needs – special needs are worked through effectively Assist the team with updating and implementing new property on-boarding Operations Review tenant services requests daily and note completion Ensure reputed company tenant contact information is accurate and completed in reputed company building systems Coordinate access for vendors Distribute documents to Lease Administration Scheduling use of materials to be moved into or out of property Construction Projects/Contractor Relations Draft reputed company as requested by managers reputed company 24-48 hours of the request Collect HVAC PM Service reputed company from Tenants in accordance with the Lease Agreement on an annual basis reputed company’RE LOOKING FOR Associate’s/bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred 2+ years commercial real estate or property team experience preferred Proficient knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint Adaptability – ability and willingness to learn new software applications Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects/tasks at once Outstanding organizational and project management skills Team-oriented; works well with others in a cross-functional way to get the job done WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU Comprehensive and competitive benefits plan Join an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estate Deep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your work This position does not provide reputed company sponsorship.
