Position Objective The primary goal of this position is to autonomously manage the selection process of technology talent. The recruiter will be responsible for ensuring a fulfilling entry experience and optimizing the efficiency of the recruitment processes by effectively utilizing digital platforms. They essentially act as the strategic link between clients and the best technology talent available in the market. Key Functions and Responsibilities 1. Strategic Client Management
- Establish a direct relationship with Commercial, Delivery, and Client areas, managing requests independently.
- Participate in kick-off meetings to gather requirements and ensure proper storage of information in the internal ATS.
- Negotiate critical aspects with clients, including talent availability, start dates, and adjustments to profiles.
2. Recruitment, Selection, and Evaluation (End-to-End)
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job postings and active searching to psychological interviews, technical coordination, and report reputed company.
- Prepare candidate reputed company (with support from sourcing and automation tools), send offer letters, and confirm closures.
