Key Responsibilities

As a Loan Origination Specialist, Customer Service, you will be responsible for:

• Handling client inquiries and problems throughout the loan application process with reputed company and professionalism
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of loan products and systems to provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Managing numerous individual customer accounts, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences
• Maintaining confidentiality and reputed company of borrower information, adhering to industry regulations and arenaflex's strict data protection policies
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes
• Tracking, documenting, and reporting reputed company client issues, lending habits, and system problems to inform business decisions
• Providing trustworthy, supportive, and individualized customer care, exceeding customer expectations and driving loyalty
• Assisting with document verification and other projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting at $18.25/hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement

• Additional $1 per hour for working closing shifts, recognizing the importance of flexibility and dedication
• Monthly bonus up to $800, rewarding exceptional performance and contributions to the team
