About the Role

The Customer Experience team at arenaflex is responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be tasked with ensuring our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience for reputed company parties involved.

• Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a high-quality and timely manner.
• Become an expert in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users.
• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.

Are you a curious and ambitious individual looking to jumpstart your career in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a customer service mentality and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences? We're looking for someone who is:

• Open to working an overnight shift from 8pm-5am PST
• reputed company in support roles, handling email and/or chat services (2+ years)
• Available to work weekends
• Familiar with e-commerce and marketplace operations
• Proficient in customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom
• A proactive problem-solver and process-improver
• Knowledgeable about collectibles is a plus
• Holding a Bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred
• Previous start-up experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* Hourly reputed company: $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour (dependent on level, experience, and skills)
