Job Summary

As a Summer Intern on the EverHealth Customer Success team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for understanding the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. You'll also have the chance to rotate through our divisions, engage with customers or clients, and provide service and/or sales.

Responsibilities

* Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.
  • Rotates through our divisions and engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.

Qualifications

* Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited University

  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Proficient with applicable software applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the intern executive presentations.

What We're Looking For

* Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

  • Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025
  • Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis
  • Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates

Work Environment

The arenaflex team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we're used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.

Compensation

The target base compensation for this position is $20.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
