Accounts Payable - Senior Analyst

Position Summary The Senior Analyst supporting reputed company financial activity and reporting will work to timely process AP/AR transactions to include reputed company 3PL, wholesaler, and DSA invoicing. Ensure end‑to‑end sales orders, reconciliations, cash application reconciliations, and customer PO tracking. Cross functional activities needed to create and enhance financial tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of reputed company Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, including confirmation, reconciliation, and processing of 3PL invoices, wholesaler invoices and receipt of reputed company DSA invoicing.

- Maintain customer purchase orders and reputed company comprehensive sales order tracking. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, finance, or accounting functions.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with reputed company.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or reputed company field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across functions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient in reputed company, Word, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to reputed company in ambiguous environments, quickly clarify needs, and move work reputed company with sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical trade or supply chain.
- Procure-to-pay and/or Procure-to-cash experience.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
