Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our part-time team. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing positive customer service, technical expertise, and reputed company to customers during the claim process. You'll work remotely from your home office, choosing from a variety of shifts to suit your schedule. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- Maintaining punctuality and reliability, with availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
- Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
Required Skills and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Language skills: ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and provide feedback verbally and in writing in a positive, professional manner
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
- Computer skills: knowledge of basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company, and the ability to type at least 40wpm
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
Network Requirements
To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you'll need:
